Thor Correction Power Filter (CPF) is Thor’s innovative technology designed to enhance power efficiency by eliminating “dirty power” or electrical interference from your devices. It ensures your power factor operates at peak efficiency, preventing “dirty power” from compromising the performance of your audio, visual, Hi-Fi, and computer equipment. As a result, you’ll notice a significant reduction or complete elimination of unwanted noise and interference. This technology strives to bring your power factor closer to its ideal value of 1.0. The power factor is the ratio of “real power” (the power that does useful work) to “apparent power” (the total power supplied). By ensuring maximum efficiency, the system minimises wasted reactive power, saving you energy and enhancing the lifespan of your devices.
